I am impressed. I like the way you have done it with not all lines are black. It makes it look much more realistic.

Few errors at the bow.

Maybe smooth of the edges, and the rubber dingies look out of place, and the shading at the front, the black bit at the bottom is all messed up..
I have tryed a cruise ship and to be honest, mine looks nothing like a proper cruise ship. I know how hard it is to do and you did it very well ;)
Apart from that it pwns and I look forward to more pixel at designs in the future :)

-the bottom of the boat dosen't have a black outline
-the shading on the front of the boat should be revised
-the deck has a few errors
-the door dosen't have a handle
-the others are self explainatery.

It's the Battery Park -> Liberty Island -> Ellis Island Ferry!
It's awesome, although I think you should add people as some of the things look huge compared to others. I think people would kinder put it all abck into proportion.
