I have no proof..but I seem to remeber someone saying that you would be able to make clans/crews with a cutom badge editor on v8 so is it coming?

Habbos will never be able to make badges for themselves due to no control on Sulakes part on the content they put on their badges.

What would parants say if they saw their child chatting with someone with a "BOBBA YOU" badge? (bobba = bad swear)

Yes but it wasn't THAT custom there were set things and you picked and choose what to add/put on top etc

Won't be true. Imagine if people made habbo staff badges etc. It'd cause too much trouble.

People took and abused that screenie to death.

What happened was: V8 - Sulake say badges could come out as prizes for competitions.

The screenie we saw was a Habbo STAFF member using the `Badge` tool and modelling a badge preset for Sulake.

No, you wouldnt be able to, they would add something so you couldnt.....How? If you made it so there were slight differences..

They would proberly have a Badge Tool Editor where you can add stuff only they allow. I'm sure artmoney will help make the badges look better :p

It would probably be a base you choose the colour then something on top and something round he sides you choose the colour and stuff!

THE SCREENIE WAS SULAKE STAFF MODELLING THE BADGE OPTIONS AND THE FACT HABBO CAN NOW HAND OUT BADGES FOR PRIZES. BEFORE THIS, NO BADGES WERE GIVEN OUT AS PRIZES.

IT ALSO MEANS HABBO STAFF CAN MAKE THEIR OWN BADGES WITHOUT SULAKE. K?

I highly doubt these will come to the Hotel. Habbo would probably be more laggy and I doubt they would even be customer made. Where would you upload them? Where would they be stored? If they do come out they probably would be picked out of a list of what badge you want rather than make your own. Besides, scamming may even come into practice with these, or false popularity.

The picture is from the finnish hotel, although I don't believe that the badge exist.
I don't think it's the badge the Hobbas will get at December 31st - i don't think they've made it yet ;)

no what i fink he means is that they give you options and you choose a badge out of a list that have already been made the only problem with this is that mafias will choose a badge and go to war and say you copied our badge etc etc

Mafias don't goto war over something so pointless. o.O Unless they've changed since my day, WYM, DFM, ES, Hill Mafia...things will never be the same :(

If that was the case, then it wouldn't be very custom, wouldn't it?

Here's what would happen if 2 mafias had the same badge:
(NB Habbo Names are fake [or I think so])

yippideedoodah31: no u do
TehMasta459: rite lets go to war
yippideedoodah31: ok then

Then they war- really stupidly- then one of them would say this after their mafia won:

TehMasta459: u hav 2 change ur badge now
yippideedoodah31: no we wont

See? It wouldn't make any sense if it was out of a list.

Not everything was included in it

Screeny is very old though
It was posted ages ago along with much more when V8 was released
Don't know if/when it will be released though

The simple answer is tell us where the screenie was from and then maybe we can find out if this truly is: FACT or FICTION

Its from BETA the BETA is finnish but its awhole different hotel only used for testing

Some of the features that were rumoured were actually V9 concept ideas that Sulake were/are thinking about.

Console instant messaging etc.

With the badges, it is now a lot easier for normal Habbo office staff to make badges.
