Making A New Site

I have started making a new site its not going to be like most sites im mainly doing it because when im offling im bored so i started doing this :P I thik its a gd site and I am going to upload it later on today and first I will need to make a few skins for it, here is what the site will include:

Member System (login,register,usergroups)
Custom made foru(bbcode,avatars,signatures,edit posts,make threads and reply,one thing is you cant double post on the forum :))
Tutorial/Guide System(Submit tutorials.guides must be approved by admin first)
Shoutbox(able to delete own entries)
change the site layout
Affiliate System

There is more just cant think right now.

I need about 10 ppl to help me out spotting errors etc you will get a special title when you join and a purple name(may change)

Im also going to get a few friends from rune to start a clan and maybe add that to the site etc

If you want to be a beta tester post your name.

**If theres any spelling mistakes its because I cant see what im typig because im in college and I get in trouble if im caught on websites:P*

Its only hosted on my computer seeing as its better to work on it whilst offline and when its done I can just upload it all and add mysql databases etc and have it ready in a few mins.

I forgot to add theres also a reputation system you get points added to it for certain things here is how it goes:

Posting Threads: 0.5 points added
Posting Replies: 0.2 points added
Submitting Tutorial/Guides: 1 point added
Viewing Pages: 0.1 points added
Referals: 2 points added

The more points you get the better user title you get heres how it goes:
0>100: New kid on the block
100>200: Member
200>300: Established Member
300>400: Forum Guru
400>700: Leet Kid
700+: God

Im also adding a badge system so when you view peoples profile for certain groups they are in it will display a different badge, Ive also got to finish the modcp off as well.
