On vBulletin how do you add a cash and shop system? thanks +rep (if i can)

If you mean like vip you simply set up ure paypal account with the payment api system then go to payed suscriptions and add away

cash and shop system is a modification (hack).
You can get it from vbulletin.org if you have a license of vbulletin etc :).
