Seriously, do. I do anyway.

Today after school, there's a taxi plce around the corner, on which I always get to go home. And today it was full and I was the next taxi in line and this old woman came in behind another 9 people and had lots of bags, like about 9. I said when taxi came that she could go infront of me, because all through the taxi place she spoke to me and asked me how was school.

And, when I said she could have my taxi I helped carry her bags to the taxi and she said:

'Thanks young gentlemen, have this'

And she gave me £1 - I said 'Nono, take it I don't want it pls'

But she said 'Pls, have it you're kind'

I felt so happy, and I felt like crying with happiness. She was so sweet.

Respect your elders guys, and look out for them <3

I bumped into a granny, by a mistake on the bus and she starting SERIOUSLY badly screaming at me, swearing, omg was pretty funny :)I was like ok calm down...
I do respect my elders and give up seats on buses and stuff., but to her for screaming at me REALLY rude things.haha forget it.

Theres definatley not as much respect as there was back in our parents days. With Kids and teens not getting enough discipline, there bound to have little respect.

But generally, there is respect, people tend not to show it in some ways. I gree though, if someone respects you, in return, you should show the same.

I fell out with my mates mate cos he was being annoying and his mum said I was bullying him and she shouted at me infront of the whole of yr 7 (this is 1 year ago) and she said I was a waste of space and everyone was lafing so I stormed out and started crying (cos of embarasment) and ever since then she ses im a thug but really i am a nerd i admit it id rather read a book than go out! so i have a plan...

I agree with that, the majority(where I live you) evil you for just walking down the street they live on, I would give up my seat for them though on a bus.
