Well, this is great news for all you Habbo Lovers out there that are always complaining about mass lag and the lag that just makes Habbo... Well... Habbo! ;)

I've been speaking to a very good friend on Messenger about the lag and the Hotels current lag and downtime status... Not just now but from the previous weeks/months/years!

She said that in the up-comming year (2006) Habbo Hotel will be upgrading their servers to a new location and a new company and rather the lag appearing when we get over 8000 Habbo's online she said that we should be only STARTING to notice the lag when the number tops 20,000!

I really can't wait for this as it will make Habbo a much better place rather than sometimes waiting like 30 seconds to see your message appear and this will also help tose poor 56K users. ;(

Well, I hope this happens.

I guess you can call this a rumour at the current time.

- Is that meant to be Lovers, or losers? :(. (I'm guessing Lovers).

Also, that would be a fantastic improvment. Stop all the threads.

Instead of bringing out stupid damn rares.. maybe they could focus on updating the servers instead.

And hopfully with this massive server re-vamp they will and Habbo will be back to it's old days with no lag and server free problems.

If any of you guys were on in late 2001, the max at peak times was like 2800... Maybe a little bit more. There was no lag and no server problems, the only server down times were for critical maintence which wasn't often and the odd update to Habbo Hotel.

On the new updated servers, 11,000 people would be like 4,500 back then.

I can't wait. =D

Rarely laggy for me. Maybe upgrade from 56k, it er suucks?

I know what you mean, but hopfully it won't take too long and when the hotel is back online it will be 10x better.
