There is nothing more annoying than when I try to reply to a pm only to discover that their inbox is FULL. I personally try to answer every pm I receive. Some are quite lengthy, and so it becomes very frustrating when I find I cannot reply :(.

Solution - Check your inbox and outbox regularly - Delete what you don't need to keep :)
