Permban but why?

hello who can help me, i have never had a habbo ban EVA!!
and i was on habbo for about 30 mins today, then when i went
to log on tonight it said i had been banned, that a hobba had
kicked me out of the room for "pass scammin", i know this isnt
true, its my birthday today i went in to a party room for a short
while then left when my parents arrived, it has completely ruined
my day as i know for a fact i have not done what they are saying
i have, i have emailed them, but when i have emailed them in the
past i have never had a reply, can anyone tell me why this might
have happened or what i can do about it.

this is exactly what has happened to me, i was on habbo for quite a ehile, and i logged off perfectly fine. about 2 days later i tried logging on again, and i had been perm banned for "indecent behavior" i have qute alot of furni on UK habbo, and just to have my access denied without me knowing has realy annoyed me. i do not know what to do. :(

It could be because someone might have accessed (hacked) your account while you were off it then got you banned. They usually reply to emails regarding bans within about 2 to 3 days, 5 at the most.

but when i u email them, u got an automated response that simply tells you again your ban- length and the reason.......

Yes, it tells you to reply to the email with your habbo name and email and then your side of the story, then they'll reply telling you whether your unbanned or not.

I got a perm ban once after I logged off Habbo, luckily for me, my IP changes everyday!

P.S SoraSafes reply is complete and utter puppy coke, all they will say is we gave you the ban and thats final or something stupid, just send them threatening e-mails that their houses are on fire in the computer room, it would be funny if they ran out.

maybe your account was hacked or the staff member typed the scammers name incorectly.
