Here is the list of popular rares that i have seen go for a certain ammount.
Throne: 21Hc Seen: 4 times
greek pillar: 1Hc seen: 5 times
Smoke machine: 72RD seen: 2 times
Majestic chair: 4.5hc Seen: 6 times
Yellow marqee: 30rd seen: 4 times
Some values have gone down and some have gone up. The Throne seems to be going for alot around the hotel. But majestics Gone down by .5
