Cackly legs.

On the back of my legs they're really cackly, they're all dotty and horrible, the only thing I like my legs is that they're tanned, but they're horrible and cackly. Do you guys have any help that helps get the dots to shrink, or will I have to deal with my cackly legs?

My mum says its normal. But i really hate them.
I plead to go to the doctors about it but shes always says I can't, and she says its normal. But I feel its not. :(

Well if you feel its not right, an abnormaty to your body then its your right to go to the doctors.
Just hassel her or if not, just take some time to go down there yourself :)
