Lets put it this way - People have killed 10k+ Dustdevils and not got a dragon chain drop.

Lets put it this way - People have killed 10k+ Dustdevils and not got a dragon chain drop.
but some killed 100 and got one ;) so the correct statement is; IT'S RANDOM DROP.

Yes, you need lvl 65 slayer to be able to kill em :P

That's a lie, they are random drops JaGex can't put a limit to how many get dropped, if they did then there would then be very few d chains

If the drop rate was better then it would be worth it but from a dust devil it's like a 1 in 1 million chance, there is a chance you will get one, but it's very small, considering alot of lvl 100's are down there killing dust devils and you might only get a few kills
