MSN Account Freezing

My MSN won't let me on saying the server's to busy or something but it's been saying since last night, and now its UK daytime and I still can't get on.

So, I'm wondering if someone's frozen my account because people have been saying lLippy has been and she has my email address..

So I'm confused what to do.
Anyone got suggestions?

try signing on ur emails and if it ses lockout or sumfin then sum1s frozen ur account.
