I don't know what ive done to it but since i got home my left knee has been killing me, i have a knee support on it but it still hurts like hell, I havn't knocked or twisted or sat on it funny or anything. Possibly Junior autheritus? I had that and went to the Jon Rad for a week. I kept hadding continues painful headaches and suggested it was that. And its in the knee which is a very busy bone, are you active alot of the time? Football, rugby?

After playing lots of sports or exercising on a hard ground, my knee always aches, like a massive bruise is in the way or something?
My tips, just take it easy, put some ice on your knee to reduce further swelling and makesure you rest it.
Never keep the knee support on when you go to bed, just incase you didn't know that it stops the flow of blood ;)
But theres not much you can do about it, resting it can only be the best thing for it.

i know how you feel. i have a bad knee from a skiing injury and its constantly painful. knee supports work for some but not for others. try doing some exercise with it on and with it off and see what works best for you. i would advise seeing your gp but mine didnt do a lot about it soo ..
lol sorry if i ramble on a bit ..
