Gah for the past few months i've been having rough nights
Basically i go to bed feeling ok and i eventually drop off to sleep but then i wake up like 3 hours later and i start worrying about things and get hot etc and all i do is toss and turn and wake up like every hour or so. When i get to school the next day i feel knackered. Thing is i can sleep fine during the day, maybe i have a fear of the night? -Sigh- I dunno...
I don't know wether it's just i can't relax, depression or something wrong i have with me but it's starting to really annoy me, it's getting to the point where i don't want to go to bed cause i hate having a bad night sleep.
Do any of you have trouble sleeping?
Do any of you know any ways to help?
