Personally I think its stupid putting you decorations up so early. I put them up 2 weeks before and take them done 2 weeks after

I do not think it's up to anyone on an online forum to tell our family when to put up our christmas decorations thank you very much. We always put ours up on the 1st or 2nd of December, it's tradition for us. And the decorations and tree are up here. :) And they're not going down. KTHANKS!

We always put ours up on the first Saturday in December, and take them down on the 6th of January, apparntly it's bad luck to have them up longer than that?

Hehe, well we love Christmas too much and I'm far too impatient so they are already up. :)

In the US, we put them up after our thanksgiving (4th Thursday in November), and anything before that you are an idiot, anything after is okay, but most people wait until December. Thanksgiving is barely a Holiday anymore, we just use it to tell us its Christmas season:p So if it wasent for that, everyone would be confused on when to put them up.

Im putting decorations up this weekend, then the tree next weekend, because its a real one and i dont want it to be dead by christmas.
