UK and USA only allow betting?!

I was on the singapore hotel today and i was told that betting/ gambling is not allowed!!!!! But yet they make casino rooms they just dont use them?
UK and USA are the only hotels that allow betting because we agree to bet at our own risk. Wow soz if this is old but i didnt know this.

It's allowed to bet in .SE to. But if you are being scammed on casino, its on your own risk and they dont help you.

Australian hotel is allowed to have casinos too (Well I think so since no-ones been banned for having a casino). I think Singapore is good for banning casinos cause some people might really be addicted to Habbo and then start betting in real life too thinking that you're only losing a little bit...
Also, this proves to be a good role model to not gamble and risk getting all your possesions taken away.

Theres an article on the main habbox page saying you get fined for chewing gum in singapore too. Thank god i dont live there :p

Thought so. I think that's good so children won't learn these nasty habits, hopefully making them not lose money and treasured possesions over gambling.
