Hmm when i got mmne to 60 i did heros and use a d b axe i hit a 16 straight away

and now i can hit 18's =]

Ok. I just need to to get herblore and cooking up. I just need a partner in the black arm gang... Im not doing it yet anyway. But planning to soon.

Im lvl 67 now as well
