Yo peoples,
Since I am annoyed that i don't know who was Xmas No.1, (which was Band Aid 20- Aw crud, I just did contradiction!) and didn't win the Xmas Quiz, here's an article about Habbo football and how it's changed to a street version.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Do you remember what the navigator was like before v8 (or was it v7?)
There was a category- 'Sporty Rooms' or something like that.
Here, there were wrestling federations, many olympics, and football teams.
If you were on habbo before v8 (or v7, which most of you will have), you will know that there was Habbo football teams.
I made one, called Sidley Athletic FC, which went bust (lmao!). Basically, in Classic Habbo footy, you just did *passes to whoever* and *shoots c* and it was like a normal football game (downsized and Habbo-ised of course).
Then the navigator got changed and 'Sporty Rooms' was gone. But a new era creeped up on us- FIFA Street Habbo Football.
FIFA Street (which is sheeeeet!) inspired the Habbo community to mess up the whole dang Habbo football... thingy. What happens now is there's 3 mats on each side of the room, and you have to get one player over to the other side to score a goal, while the other team have to block you.
When I found out that these kinds of teams are on the increase, I was devastated. Gone are the days when you could just put 2 ducks or shelves or whatever at either end of a room, get a ball and say *shoots l* and the rest of the jargon. Now there's no action- no ball even. This isn't Classic Habbo footy- it's a shambles. It's just people running from one end of a room to the other, and maybe getting blocked in the process. It's like Prezzie Traps, except the prezzies are people and when you win, you just have to feel sorry for everyone who has been let down by this startling statement: Classic Habbo footy is gone- but will it come back? Only time will tell...
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
There it is. Short, I know.
There's also a poll on this article.
Read this, then vote!
