i fort my *ahem* was gna rip
(ok i didnt really think that, but thats how much it hurt!)

and i nearly did them
but i kinda fell backwards
and then lied there for about 10 mins
it really killed.

:( my dance teacher is like that too. and she wanted all of the class to be able to do the splits by christmas so she was pushing us to do them and we had to do so much stretching. but I managed to do them eventually lol took me agesssssss though.
