Im 12 and i way 14 stone :s
My Habits are sitting on computer,eat then repeat go to bed around 4
Breakfast: 6 slices toast
Lunch: 3 sausage rools,sweets
Tea: Mcdonalds/KFC

I can't see why I gain wait :s

Stop going to McDonalds could help. I only go to it when I've just seen a movie, so thats like once every 3 months. 6 peices of toast? Please dont tell me you grill you toast.
