Extending Templates [ Please Help]

Hey I need to know how to extend templates to the text you have if that makes sence. Say you have like like a content box like

| this tall and |
| It's text .....| <<<< Content box...
| Went down |
| to here .....|
---------------

But if you have more text, the content box ajusts for amount of text you have.

---------------
| Bigger box ...|
| for more ......| <<<< extended :)
| text to ........|
| to appear in .|
| So I have ....|
|space to put .|
| my text .......|
----------------

I really hope somone can help, I really need to know. I would prefer a good tutorial with pictures but Thats just me being picky, :P I just need to know !

It easy really just deletew the tab;le and put a new one with the height and width you want
