pritty simple to do it really, just stack 1 line behind the next untill u reach the last tree.
done to perfection tho, and the holly wall, 10/10 easily :d

The room itself doesnt look that good ill give it 10 for staking usage however the room is pretty plain and so it gets a 5 as ive seen that tree somewhere before

My opinion - try taking the left 2 x-mas trees out. Presents all around the edge and get rid of porter. Other than that i like :D
