Ghostly Robes

I got the top robe but he tells me to go to the vile thief in the north east runehq says go to bandit camp i do but i get nothing...but on runehq it says south east to the vile thief mine says north east so im really confused..

Edit: There is a bandit camp in the wildy so I go check there..#

Edit: Was right im on my way now :P
