Okay i have a site as you know and i am currently constructing the christmas template. The porblem is i duno what to have on the main page. I dont want cutenews because i think it looks silly. Any suggestions?.

how about a intoduction to christmas what the celebration is all about and maybe a christmas carol or soemthing

If you don't like Cutenews try looking on Pixel2Life. Their are plently of easy tutorials that will help you to make something cool!

Just use tables and give them a border and make them looks nice :D a bit like kr.ews net i think they use tables

How about a CMS ( Content Management System )

They're really easy to build and you can have news, images, anything you want.
