Nurofen or Paracetemol, if your over the age of 12 I think you can have 2 tablets/pills. Makesure you read the contents at the back.

Paracetemol releive pain, therefore it can be used for headaches ;)

Anyway, I haven't been sleeping/eating. I feel really weird lately.
