I found it out by going to Blackmaggot's turkish spa room and theres a trophy from HobbaQuest there.

Yes, but Mr Potency failed to read yet again, the events section regarding the Hobba Celebratory events, which is getting a little vexing now. A budding news reporter he is, but needs to be a little more observant.

As a note, what tone was "Whatever kiddo" in? Was is it like "I don't believe you" type tone, because I can't really tell. :S
