They work out the conversion rate each month. It goes like this:

(Your Hit Cash) / 100 / (All Hit cash that has been rewarded) = x%

x% x (30% of RH's Revenue) / 100 = (Your Real Cash)


You're only likely to make £5. Thats if you get a hell of a lot of hits.
