Doing Free sigs like mine

All i need is

You say

RS Name or Anything else:
Quote at Bottom (optional):
Background Colour:
font Colour:

Pic of ur rs dude or cartoon:
OR
Say staff and runes or soemthing and i will put a small pic on like a user bar pic but in the sig

I am doing these for FREE
