only a few people get this problem at any given moment. do not post every time it happens to you.
just realod habbo if it continues.

Its not habbo restarting them, its just a fairly uncommon problem. Reload and it'll go back to normal.

It's just a glitch that people receive at random moments. Habbo never changed everybody back to default clothes, so there's no need to worry about that ever happening. Reload the Hotel (Or if it keeps happening, reload your internet browser) and everything should be okay.
