OK football probably started around 500-600 years ago to my knowlege. But it was played with a pigs bladder and was played across long fields with lots of people invovled. Then it got more civilised should we say and people started teams and played each other. Then in 1888 12 teams got together and founded the 'football league' these were- Preston North End, Bolton Wanderers, Everton, Burnley, Accrington, Blackburn Rovers, Aston Villa, West Bromwich Albion, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Notts County, Derby County and Stoke. the first league preston north end (scum) went on to win the league undefeated. And obviously as time went on the football leagues developed to what they are today. SO big time teams in the premiership who think their really good, just think, most of the teams above are in lower leagues, and you will call them ****, but remember it was them who gave you a league to win in.

Ps, burnley rule<3
