I created a Habbo on the American card and it still shows up on the UK one, so I believe it's one card for all the hotels :)

That card blows anyway, you can't even make yourself, just random bits of clothing. Why didn't they take the time out to do a colour changer? Better still, why didn't they just use the original Habbo maker from the hotel and slap it onto the card instead?
