Anyway, talk to her abit more, and maybe ask her if she wants to do something one day? If she says no.. she may not like you in that way.. if she says yes, then take it from there. However your still young, so don't rush things :) and even if she doesn't like you there are plenty more oppertunitys out there.

You either talk to her face to face, or phone up and meet her.
I dunno what else you expect to hear. If you don't have much time then a relationship won't be appropriate, you either make time, or give up.

the person above is quite right about hurrying up but dont rush your self too much and all the people have said say it to her face im a girl and if was asked by someone &wasnt to sure about you would be able to tell by facial expressions and how there face drops or lights up.
and dont get too chummy with her other wise its only a FRIENDSHIP, and if your such good friends you might get a no what she will say it would be a yes but'if we break up it will ruin our friendship' and if she knows you like her shouldnt you have done this a while ago x

Ok, basicly your only problem is your scared, maybe of rejection, or just scared to ask her out, theres 1 rule you have to learn in life and its best if you learn it young, Do what you can when you have the time! If she turns you down its not the end of the world is it but atleast you can hold you head high and say to yourself "at least i tried" yeah? you might feel slightly humiliated at the time but it will be forgotten Give it a think over, but dont take to long :P I'm sure she'll be happy to listen to what you have to say to her, so go for it, youve got no time to waste and theres no time like the present!
