You cannot nick a name unless the TLD and the name are exactyly the same. She cannot of stolen that name because:

1. There is a '-' in the nsame, which makes it different, but relatively similar.
2. Hab-World can be closed down for claiming they own their name fully, they only bought it and own it that way, not the actually Habbo part of the name.
3. This makes you an internet n00b, n00b ;)

Anyway, I think the site is ok. Nicely coded from what I see. The only problem is I think the nav is in the wrong place. At the top would be better.

yes, well sadly i didn't know about hab-world until recently when i spotted it on a fansite list.
I'm changin the name soon, next time i update the layout ;)
