Limewire IS a virus 2 of my friends downloaded it and afew months later it messed up and cleared EVERYTHING off there computers. I wouldn't download it if i was you.

100% positive my mate took it to pc-world to see what happened and they discovered that a program called limewire deleted everything and he had limewire for about 4 months. 1 week later exactly the same happened to my other mate.

1.iTunes = Buying

i used to use limewire (up to about 2months ago) , its 2 dangerous, theres plenty of virus's and trackers now

friend of mine got an email from his ISP about him downloading music on limewire, he got a caution! , (when you download something your ISP no's!)

I've used Limewire for ages, and it seems safe enough. My virus thing tells me when it finds something dodgy on a file, so it instantly deletes it.
I could never afford to pay for my songs, I've downloaded like 2500 so far ;P

iTunes obviously has better quality songs, but Limewire is better as it is free.

But Im gonna have to download stuff on Ares/Limewire to iTunes then on to my iPod, That im getting at Christmas.

I've virus checked Limewire before so I'm not really into the messing up PC stories so yeah. Limewire ^_^;;

lol well nothings been happening to me but on limewire you just gotta watch out what you download like nothing dodgey or virus looking like if you typed in habbo hotel... obviously youd end up looking at 1500 searches with keyloggeres -.-'

Due to me just getting a iPod. Itunes i know you have to pay but at leasts you dont go to jail for doing ir by using Limewire....

Its not limewire itself, its what you download. Some songs have some things attatched to it that give you bad stuff, but it isnt limewire itself.
