As you all probably know last night Shayne Ward won this year's X Factor. But how long do you think he will stick around for?

Last year we didn't see anything of Steve (X Factor winner 2004) and 2nd place G4 actually did better than him...

I'd actually give Shayne a while actually, he has everything he needs to make it big.

you met them?
I think Steve was just in it for the money tbh... Sharon was proved right last year i guess in what she said about Steve.
Shayne's younger, more talented, more modest he has most star qualities and i think we will be hearing from him alot - even though alot of people might not want to! ;)

Well... it depends... Shayne will last a year tops if he continues with this "Westlifestandonthekeychange" formula he has been doing for his first two singles but he could be the next Will Young or Britain's answer to Justin Timberlake if he starts bringing out some upbeat stuff and even starts writing his songs. At the moment I think Andy will last longer because of middle-aged women going to sell-out concerts and his album works well with the target market. He won't be a single-releasing kind of artist at all I think. He's a talented guy and the stuff he's doing really suits his voice so I think he could be successful in the Album charts and with tours...
