Song to learn

Ok i play bass as most of you know and i have been stuck for a while of learning a song, i good song and is good and fun to play, a bit like the blues run

The Pixies have a lot of fun bass riffs... and so do the Red Hot Chili Peppers. May look into those.

no probs... I don't really listen to a lot of bass riff songs but those are the bands that I was always impressed with as it's not just the root notes of the chords being played which is what most songs with bass is. And if you play like that it's more enjoyable. I don't know how many times I've looked at my bass player who is looking bored playing the same four notes over and over again when we cover other songs. With my songs I try to give him something more to do with his playing, lol.
