i can't get screenies :S but its like a fansite badge or summet

Yep, thats sort of a Habbo Fansite rep badge. Basically anyone that has rights to the Habbo Fansite Drop-in.

Actually Two people from each fansite get one - usally the Owner and another Senior staff. Never thought I would correct GommeInc :o;)
