Train at Monks at the Monastry, think they are like 40 exp each minimum (they heal themseleves so extra exp) and you can heal yourself using them when you need to.

buy lots of bronze arrows then go 2 where the zombies are in varrock sewers where you get the key for the quest thats where i train
