Its in canafis but you have to have started the creature of fenkenstrain quest to get to the experiments

A brief guide =]

First do priest in peril, then go through canifis, past the slayer dude and there should be a big house north east (not very far)

Talk to Doctor Frankenstrain, answer his questions.

Then go upstairs, to the top floor. It should seem parallel (same on both sides) in the little semi circle room theres a book case. Search the books (on both sides) to find 2 parts of an amulet.

Use them on each other.

Now go outside, and east. You should find 4 or 5 graves. On the end 1, which should be quite big use the amulet with it. Your in =]
