Needing Major Website Designing[Will Pay If Needed ;(]

Ok, I need some help. At the moment I'm very busy in life and computing. I am making a layout website. I'm sure you know what this will be for etc. Well I'm looking for people to design the website pages and everything. I will give them access and the things I need on them. I need a good job and I know over 90% of you are capable of this. If needed I will pay[Hopefully habbo furni as I have little on paypal]

People to code and slice my layout for the whole website.
People to make my layout to have the buttons with the text I want on them.

Ok,the layout is currently being coded[I believe] and me and Dan have been talking,I just need to think[requires alot of work]

Right,so once I have the layout coded,who fancies using dreamweaver or w/e software they use to make hyperlinks on the index to other sites. And buttons will be needed aswell. Post if you can help pls!

Fancy making a set of cool buttons that the text can be edited to whatever I want on them,post/pm me ! :)

Edit- Also needing sigs/avvys/banners to be made with the word Xilexip wrote on them please!
