If u do need help then i'd say from lvl 3-10 kill goblins in the shack in Lumbridge. Then when your around 12-15 i'd get a steel item or even mithril if u can and then team with people on barbarians. Just keep doing this until your around lvl 25 and then go into Varrock sewers and start on the zombies and skeletons.
