How can you install skins when in the member system on VB they have to add you email to be able for you to get skins of Vbulletin.org

- BIG BUMP- i've got 3 forums i'm Mod on now but still looking for more Post please. I'm happy to be head mod, MOD, admin, manager, if i'm admin or manager it has to be with vbulletin.
