I saw this Hobba in the Team Elf Bingo room, is he new? Or is this a MOD on a Hobba account just helping to keep everything in order?

Hobbas are leaving soon,so why hire new ones.And that hobba is maybe a staff.

Well isnt that just the account the used for organising the elf events, So i guess they could give it powers just so they can do some work while in the events?

It's FarmerJiles. He is head of the Elf Events team, and hence has that account.
