I'm getting a Vbulitin tomorrow. is there any reason it wouldn't be able to work on my PC?

Yeh, it dosnt run on a pc, just install it to your public_html directory and it should work. www.xenigma.co.uk/forum (http://www.xenigma.co.uk/forum) if you can see that, yours will work.

You only download the files to your pc then just upload them to your server.

If ur running it dfrom ur pc, it may not work, if its running off hosting it will work if u know wot ur doing
