Help, OPEN or CLOSED?

I have been wanting to send a DJ application into habbox live, but I am confused as to whether applications are OPEN or CLOSED.:s :s
I really hope someone out there can help me with my problem! ;)

At the moment they are closed but they may be re opening shortly but you'll just have to wait and see. :)
