Dude, i see you attempted shading, i'll give you that, but its all wrong, there should be a black outline on the whole shape and a brighter outline frm where the light is coming from.
And the shape is rather curious.

INCORRECT!!! You dont always need black outline. You need a dark outline! Sometimes a dark coloured outline makes it look so much better.

You need a black outline and the pixels have to be isometric (2 pixels, up a row then 2 pixels, up a row then 2 pixels in the line) if that makes sense o.O
