I dont know if this is the correct forum to post this in, but what does in mean when people but W.I.P by something? Even if this is the wrong forum, please just answer me.

W.I.P stands for "Work In Progress"...

Basically an alteration which is not yet complete, but the artist wants other people's opinions to make sure that he or she is on the right track for a brilliant alteration!
