which do you prefer better

i like Mp3s better because there is such a variety and you can get radio and such and on some you can also get the same function of the new Video iPod without it being considered an 'iPod'

I am currantly ready to buy the 30GB video ipod (7,500 songs, 2 hours of video +photos) for around £210 my friend has one and it's great i am just looking for the cheapest place to get one. :)

I've had an iPod in the past and it faulted on itself, my computor went all weird and currently i'm using my Creative Muvo 1Gb which suites me. Its small, its got FM radio and it stores a steady amount of songs that'll i'll listen to.
I don't see the point in buying iPods, no matter if its a video, 30Gb. Waste of money in my view. Why not buy a PSP, my counsins downloaded all the American Dad first series and currently putting them on his PSP.

An iPod is an MP3 player.. It's just that all these new upgrades its been getting maybe confused people so they decided to make the iPod one category. o.o

Anyway, iPods are not overrated- sporks are. They break easily. And so do PSPs for that matter.

It's a music player. But Apple has gone the extra mile and added all these great features on it in the past years.

A PSP is a handheld gaming device.

I don't believe it makes sense to juxtapose a music player with a portable gaming device since they're not even in the same category- apart from being electronics. :\

It could be categorised along with it, there both media players, they play both MP3 and MP4's. The only advantage to the iPod is that it has a 30Gb memory. I'm sure you know all the features the PSP has, its the top gadget of the year.

Mp3's play music. ipods you play games on, leave memo's on. Have a calender, play quizzes, store photos, store movies!

Ipods are way better, so much more stuff to do, and you can store so many songs on them! I have a white 6Gb Ipod video. Omg is deluxe! ;D

I love ipods as they do so much more like the 30GB video one i'm getting you can watch music videos, watch old tv programs such as lost etc and store photos on it. MP3 players just play music and ipod give you that little bit more :)
