I try And buy A santa Portrait From the Catalogue .. And i Recieve A Silver Tinsel! Tinsel Wasnt Released This year so If you want it, Buy the Santa portrait .. But that isnt the point . . I wanted A Santa!!!

Couldn't you sue them under the Trade Descriptions Act? They are giving you a product you didn't want/buy.

Try Reloading The Hotel I Bet U The Tinsel Will Be in The Place Of the Posters

Sum1 bought my bro a panda poster once and on the lil tag wen he clicked open present it came up with the panda but wen he looked in his hand there was a holly garland

legally no you can't you purchase credits, the hotel's currency. You own the credits and can have them refunded if you're banned BUT you can change your credits for things on the hotel, sulake own all furni on the hotel but you use your credits to recieve the right to use furni.
