right im registering my website to a .cjb.net domain and on the second page is says enter your website address will this transfer the hosting to them or jsut make my web address shorter?

I highly suggest you click the red cross and get a .be domain. They're currently free if i'm not mistaken.

Yeah, they're belgium Domains.
Full with DNS etc. Try the beligian google.
www.google.be ( I think it works )
